Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Conduktor, operated by Abin John.

Last updated June 15, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Conduktor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Conduktor is a Chrome extension and related billing and support service intended to improve browser tab management and productivity.

Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Conduktor.

Conduktor does not require an account to use the Chrome extension. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure and for activity that occurs through your copy of the extension to the extent caused by your actions, omissions, or failure to safeguard access.

Trials, License Keys, and Billing

Conduktor may offer a limited free trial and paid access through a license key. The free trial limit, paid access options, and license-key validity period may vary over time.

A license key may be valid for a limited period, such as one year, or for unlimited validity, depending on the purchase option offered at checkout. Billing, payment processing, and license-key delivery are handled by Polar, which may require your email address to send your license key and purchase-related messages.

Prices may be changed at any time for future purchases or renewal periods, at Abin John's discretion and subject to any notice required by applicable law. Price changes do not retroactively affect a license period you have already paid for.

An unlimited-validity or lifetime license means access for the commercial lifetime of the Conduktor service, not for your lifetime or the lifetime of any individual person.

License Access

The extension may validate your license key to determine whether paid access is available. If your local trial is exhausted and no valid license key is saved, access to paid functionality may be blocked until a valid license key is provided.

Removing or uninstalling the Chrome extension may remove locally stored extension data, including any saved license key. You are responsible for keeping a copy of your license key or purchase email.

Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, paid access and other purchases are non-refundable once purchased. If you believe there was a billing error or a special circumstance that justifies an exception, you may contact [email protected] and refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Abin John's sole discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Conduktor to:

  • engage in illegal activity;
  • abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the service;
  • bypass, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls;
  • scrape or harvest data without authorization;
  • use automated means to extract data or overload the service;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except where legally permitted; or
  • misrepresent your identity or use the service for fraud or deception; or
  • send spam or use the service for deceptive activity.

License to Use the Service

Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Conduktor for your personal or internal lawful use. This license does not grant any right to copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly allowed by applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

Access to the service may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, if it is reasonably believed that you violated these terms, created risk to the service or other users, or if the service is discontinued.

Intellectual Property

Conduktor, including the software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by Abin John or licensed to Abin John and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You do not acquire ownership of the service or its underlying intellectual property by using it.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Conduktor, those submissions may be used without restriction or compensation to you.

Third-Party Services

Conduktor relies on third-party providers such as Polar and Railway. Their availability or actions may affect the service, and they may have separate terms and privacy practices that apply to your use of their services.

Service Changes and Availability

Conduktor may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Features, integrations, pricing structures, and availability may change over time.

Electronic Communications

By using Conduktor or purchasing paid access, you agree to receive communications electronically, including service notices, billing notices, license-key messages, and updates about the service and these terms.

Disclaimers

Conduktor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abin John will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability arising out of or relating to Conduktor will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Disputes
